How to send a case?  1

 - Traditional Impression    Call us, ask to pick up your case or Outside of the state? just mail to our address. (945)268-0861 / 1251 S. Sherman St. #111 Richardson TX 75081

 - Digital Scanned the case    If you send itero or 3 shape Trios oral scanned files, then find us (Entrust Dental Studio) use the portal of your scanner, and send the files directly to us.

 - Photos Requirement *   All provided photos will prevent remake or adjustment risk and help to achieve to successful result. Ask Jenny to get a "Sample Photo.PDF"

 - Consultation Appointment    $50 per *30min. [*$25 per extended +15min. ] 

                                              Over $1000 cases with us or consultant with our Custom shade appointment, will be MONEY BACK ($50).

We provide future clients the Diagnosis and treatment planning services before starting the smile make-over work process to make you a relaxing and trustable environment. Feel free to make an appointment with our expert technician 'Jenny Kim' to walk in directly before you visit a dentist or through your dentist to visit. She will be your guide to the way to achieve your dream with the best dentist. After consultation or custom shade, she will send an expert technical note to her high-end dentist or your dentist.

That will be guides, on how to achieve your dream with your dentist and their possess dental laboratory. These diagnosis and treatment planning services may help you lower the possibility of failure, prevent the extra cost to remake, and cut off the extended time to finish.

 - Custom Shade Appointment    If you work with us on custom shade from the beginning, the consultation fee will not be on your bill. Our custom shade includes a consultation step.

                                               But your patients are already paid for consultation directly to us, we will MONEY BACK ($50).

We are committed to supporting you in giving you the confidence to your smile. The "Custom shade" stage, may be needed to match the shade perfectly with those who have a multifold shade of natural teeth or old restorations or certain situations of oral environment. Don't worry! Technician Jenny Kim C.D.T., here for you. She will consult about the patient's future smile plan and be dedicated to matching the desired shade to each patient with her 22 years of sufficient experience and techniques. Also, she ensures that you can prevent the remake or adjustment risk of mismatching the shade or final goal and help to achieve to successful result. # 01 How do I schedule with Jenny for my appointment ?

After working with us, review or upload photos on Google or your SNS method, after uploaded simply share us proof screenshot or link to us by text or e-mail. # 03 How can I have  your 'Price List' ?

Thank you for being interested in us. If you call or send an e-mail to us with your simple introduced information [ Dr. Name and specialty / Office title / Phone # / Physical address / Website ]. We will send the 'Starter Kit' package which will introduce us, who we are, what we serve, and include the price list. Hopefully, we are the right place for you need. :)

# 04 I am not a patient yet, but I'd like to make a consultation appointment by myself for my future smile plan. Can I walk in without being referred by my dentist ?

Sure! Technician Jenny CDT will help you to find the way to reach your dream with the best dentist. After consultation or custom shade, she will send an technical note to her possess high-end dentist or your personal dentist. # 05 Final restorations do not sit properly in the patient's mouth, how can I send them back to you to adjust?

We apologize for the inconvenience issue. But don't have to worry about it. Technician Jenny CDT can guide you on how to get to the end. Contact us about how she can solve it. However, before you contact us or return the case, here is our Troubleshooting Chart. Please check this out. It may help with your situation. 

 

1. Please place back into the working model all the restorations check the detail fits on there and compare with the placed shape inside of the patient's mouth. Is it different? or the same? 


2. If all the restorations look fine on the models and just a different look in the mouth?

(A) Check all contacts with simstock. It looks open but it could be too heavy on pinpoint if the margin is not closed completely.

(B) Grind out inside all the corners and edges more until the seat is properly.

(C) Smooth out the prep's all the edges slightly. As like this check them one by one. 
 

3. If still have a doubt then, it is time to take a new impression or a new oral scan may need to confirm it in the laboratory.

 

(A) Take photos of how it different in the mouth with old restorations on.

(B) Taken by pick-up impression (with restorations) or a new impression (or oral scan) with clear core packed margins. Return with all packages that we provided.

(C) Technician to visit your office for the adjustment or seating appointment day.  A trip out to the office may charge an extra cost per visit, and very limited time you can make an appointment.

# 06 The Final restoration's shade is slightly off, what should I do? Should I send it back to you to adjust it or request a lab technician to come over to the office?

We apologize for the inconvenience issue. But don't have to worry about it. Technician Jenny CDT can guide you on how to get to the end. Contact us about how she can solve it. However, before you contact us or return the case, here is our Troubleshooting Chart.  Please check this out. It may help with your situation. 

 

1. Take photos of the restorations with SHADE TAP and without restorations with PREP SHADE TAP and then send back the case. Let us adjust it in our laboratory. We working under the 5400K LED natural light and the original temperature set of the furnace to bake at the same conditions. So we can make the best result. We will return it as soon as possible after adjusting


2. If you are a local office, you can send a patient to our laboratory for a shade adjustment with an appointment.

 

(A) Make 2 appointments with your patient. 1st visit for the removable temporary or permanent restoration. 2nd visit for the final seating appointment.

(B) Make an adjustment appointment with us. So we can prepare it before the patient walks in.

 

* Temporary or permanent restoration must be removable, it should not cemented permanently so technicians can blend them in the mouth with the restoration perfectly. Patient and restoration will be sent back to your office after adjusted.

If you prefer a different date, we will deliver the case before the final patient's visit.

(C) Technician to visit your office for the adjustment or seating appointment day.  A trip out to the office may charge an extra cost per visit, and very limited time you can make an appointment.

*** Warning: In the final step of adjusting the color or shape for completion, dentists are covered by the law that they cannot ask dental technicians who do not have a dentist license or certificate to make adjustments to final restorations in the patient's mouth.

# 07 Final restorations contact is opened, what should I do?

Please check this out. It may help with your situation. 

 

1. Take photos with restorations before taking an impression or scan, this will help us get on the same page to finish. 

 

2. Take a new impression or a new oral scan may need to confirm it in the laboratory. Impression can be taken by pick-up impression (Restorations are with it). If not, please provide us or a new impression (or oral scan) with clear core packed margins and return with restorations. 


3. Please send back the cases, and let us adjust them in our studio. We working with the correct temperature set furnace to bake your restorations and the same condition of tool & environment so we can add the contacts to close accurately. We will return it as soon as possible after adjusted.
